For this issue I have relinquished the feature strategy article to Robin Johnston. Don't panic. He's worthy. :-).

The sample plan illustrates the five step planning process detailed in "How Much for Just the Spider? Strategic Website Marketing for Small Budget Businesses" by Bobette Kyle (That's me!). It follows a local retailer step-by-step as she develops her online marketing plan.

There are links to the "How Much for Just the Spider?" information/sales page throughout the sample plan.
