Prosperous Competition, Website Goals

http://www.websitemarketingplan.com/NewsletArch/newsletter03_13_06.htm

Hello Folks -

It’s been a busy month for me. Tim (my beau of 20+ years) and I were married in Las Vegas. It took a while, but we finally decided the relationship was going to “stick.” We had a virtual wedding, broadcast over the Internet (of course). You’ll find a link to the Webcast and pictures in the “Bobette and Tim Were Married in Vegas This Month” section.

Naturally, the trip inspired a few ideas for marketing articles (some a bit racy for this G-rated publication.
lol). Something that amazes me about Las Vegas is it’s an isolated place in the middle of the dessert, yet a thriving industry - with direct competitors operating side-by-side -has developed over the years. “Lessons in Prosperous Competition - Vegas Style” explores that phenomenon.

On a broader note, Scottie Claiborne’s “Why the Heck Do You Have a Website Anyway?” reminds us that our Website - just like any other business venture - must have a goal in order to succeed.

Enjoy!
Bobette Kyle
